The Storer Family Reunion was held this year at Cindie and Darrels home in Pleasant Grove Utah. It was fun. Not all the family went this year but that is OK. We still had fun.
What is a family reunion without a card game. :) Linda, Cindie, Jr. Colene, Joy and Me
The kids played a game of volleyball. Cindie has a large back yard. The weather was warm and beautiful.

Random pic's of people.

The little kids had to have their volleyball game as well.

Before Heather and Jake left, a game of Risk had to be played. All the men were in on this game.

Andy is holding Lily and Tessa. They are 4 days apart. Tessa is looking at Lily (thinking..holy crap she is big, don't want to make her mad ). :)

Ayla likes to feed the cat.

For the first time in many years, we didn't go camping over Memorial Day. Instead, Jenn, Jordan and the girls came up and we just hung out. Saturday we celebrated Nelli, Conner, Ayla and Jordan's birthday's. As always we had lots of good food and games. Thanks for a great weekend kids!

This past week, Jason, Taunya and the kids came to visit. It was a very busy week for them but nice to have them here. These a re just random pic's taken of the grandkids. This is Tessa playing with grandpa on the bed. The kids love to make forts out of the cushions. Let them have fun and be kids is my theory.

oops...sorry about the same pic :)

Tymber and Jessica getting ready for their talent show, which we never got a chance to see...darn!

Hunter and Anikah taking time out to watch Dora. They play so hard.

The girls love to play Mother to Hunter. I think Hunter was just plain tired!

Jackson was helping Grandpa fix the fuel line to the lawn mower. What a teaching moment and Grandpa and Jackson time.

When the weather was nice and the wind not blowing you into the next county, the kids would take their building of forts outside to the deck.

Who needs the river to row a boat. Jessica and Jackson playing on Grandpa's Kayak. (did I spell that right:))

Jessica and Savannah playing on the deck.

It is nice having grandkids close in age so they can play together. Hunter and Anikah.

The kids love trying to get the horses to come to them.

Jessica is getting so big. She had to show us how close she is to being as tall as her aunt Heather.

Playing cars is always fun. Hunter brought out his race track and the kids had races to see who had the fastest car.

Thanks for a great week. I am looking forward to next weekend when Jennifer, Jordan and the girls will be here for a few days. Never a dull moment at the Andrews home.

This past weekend I had the chance to fly up to Washington to be with Jackson and to see him baptised. It was so nice. As a grandmother, I am proud of my children for raising there children righteously. I loved spending time with Jason and his family. I had a good time playing with the kids. Thanks for the badmitten game Jackson and Jessica thank you for letting me sleep in your bed. I love all you guys!!!!!

Dinner at the Mayan
Ooh...I'm so scared!

OK....be nice...no fat jokes :)

We were having a soda in the area between the Temple and the Joseph Smith Building. I turned around and saw the Temple through the trees. While we were sitting there Elder Russel M. Nelson came walking through. He was the heart Dr. that worked on my Dad many years ago. That is a whole other story.

Taking a break at Gateway Mall

Riding the Front Runner

Dick decided he wanted to visit his sister's. He is always willing to come and see us when he is in town.

Dinner at Olive Garden.

We went to the church museum. They had changed it from the first time we went there

I am so luck to have 6 wonderful sisters. Twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall, all my sister's and I get together for a sleep-over. We started doing this the spring of 2003. After Mom died we decided we needed to do something to keep us all close together. Spring is inUtah and fall is in Idaho. We have had so many good trips together. Not everyone is able to come all of the time but most of us make it. This past week we got together at Joy's home in Kaysville, Utah. We always have a good time. We try and do something different each time. Well this year we took the Front Runner from Farmington into Salt Lake City. And than we took the trax around the city. Later we rode the train to Sandy to have dinner at the Mayan. Park City is always fun for shopping. But most of all, we have fun together as sister's. Here are a few pic's of our Sister's get together. Joan and Bonnie couldn't make it this year. Joan is on a mission and Bonnie had a sick husband.

We truely live in a small world! Today I went to the wedding of my nephew, Jordi. As we were waiting in the chapple of the temple, a lady came in that I had met many years ago but couldn't remember her name. Right after her a man and his wife can in. He looked real familiar to me but I just couldn't place him. I asked Ardery if he knew them. No help there. Finally the man came over and than I knew exactly who he was. Chris Mickelsen. The lady is his sister, Joy. Way back in 1987ish I worked for a modeling center and Chris was one of the boys there. He is the uncle of Julianne, the new wife of Jordi. The world gets smaller. As we talked I found out that he had been in the military. I told him that my nephews were also in that branch of the military. I said Storer is their last name. He said, "Ron". Oh my heck!!! Chris has gone out to dinner many times with Ron. Ron is living in Boise and Chris lives in Merridian. Which is also where my sister-in-law lives. I have so many good memories of Chris and the modeling center. It was so good to see him again. You just never know who you are going to run into :).
