This past month, Luci came to visit us from Brazil. She couldn't believe how cold it was here. She wrapped up in a blanket and stood in front of the fireplace to get warm. We went to Jennifer's the first weekend Luci was here.
The weather was nice for us to walk around Temple Square.

The flowers were beautiful. And so is Ayla and Lily!!!

Luci was able to talk to a Sister Missionary from Brazil. It was fun listening to them talk.

We went to McDonalds for lunch at the Gateway Mall and the girls had to ride the horse.

We couldn't get Ayla to play in the water. She would run in and out before the water could get her.

It was also Ayla's birthday so we celebrated with Jordan's family while we were in town.

Jenn and Jordan turned the band room into Alya's bedroom. She was so surprised. It is really Pink!

We also celebrated Conner's birthday. May is a busy month around here.

I had Luci help me tie a quilt for Jordan's birthday. She did really well for her first time.

We were able to watch one of Conner's soccer games while she was here. Man those Brazilians get into there "Football" :)

Sunday dinner at Mom and Dad's

Random pictures of the park by the river.

On Memorial Day we went to the zoo.

The Friday before Memorial Day, Tymber asked if she could go with us to decorate the graves. Im glad she shows some interest in her ancestors.

My sister, Linda's grave.

Mom and Dad.....I miss them so much.

Ok....it's that time of year again.
Springtime with my sister's!!!!
Wednesday morning Joan left Ririe, stopped in Idaho Falls to pickup Bonnie than came to my home to pick me up. We than went to Collene's home in Shelley.
We left around 9:00 a.m.
One more stop in Kaysville to pick up Joy. After a few extra potty stops, we finally made it to Cindie's home in Pleasant Grove.
By this time is was way past lunch, so we found a place to eat at Thanksgiving Point and had lunch. It was really good to have Bonnie with us.
Although Linda was always in the back of our minds.
This was an oops pic.

After lunch we headed over to (Turkey Point as I call it)

The weather was a little cool so we decided to do in door things. We had not seen the museum there so we took a look.

I was amased at how big they were.

You can't really see in this pic. but they had huge flying animals hanging from the ceiling.

From there we went to the Lehi Museum.
It had a lot of history of Lehi.

This is a pic of a soda bar. It was beautiful!
The old cash register was cool looking.

It was time for dinner, so we went to Applebee's.
Eating has always been a big part of our sister's get together's.
Diets go out the window!!!

After dinner we went back to Cindie's and us die hard sports fans, watched the Jazz game.

The next morning the weather was still a little cool so we went to The Living Planet Aquarium in South Salt Lake.
In this pic a big bull frog had it's eyes sticking out of the water.

I liked this saying and just took a picute of it.

Hummmmm. not sure what i saw here :)

This was a hands on fish. You could touch him as he swam by. Really soft.

Random pic's

After the Aqautic Center we headed over to Temple Square for another tradition.
Lunch at the Garden Resturant.
This is a pic of what the weather was like.

We decided to go to the Clark Planetarium at the Gateway Mall.
We watched the IMAX show "Hubble" 3D
It was soooo good!

We had a little time to kill so went went over to the Gateway Mall.
Cindie wanted to go to the Body Shop so we went there as well.

That night Cindie had gotten tickets for a dinner play at the "Desert Star"
"Pirates of the Car-rib-eee-an"
It was so funny. Highly recommend it!

So another sister's get-together. Lots of fun and laughter.
Looking forward to the fall when we do it all over again!!
